“Gaza Division Commander Brig. Gen. Eyal Eisenberg and Givati Brigade Commander Col. Ilan Malka have been disciplined “for exceeding their authority in a manner that jeopardized the lives of others” when ordering fire missions on Gaza’s Tel al-Hawa neighborhood.” The author also added some photos of the fire mission and condemns “targeting a densely inhabited area which included this UN school”.
Above that I would consider that sending the military against civilians would already be enough to constitute a war crime not to speak of the general situation in Gaza.
